Excellent for friendliness, sociability, prompt, rapid service and attentive to customer needs; excellent quality of food, important if you are in a hurry as the waits are minimal. Absolutely recommended. Happened by chance, in the town center under the church, characteristic location, excellent local cuisine, courtesy and professionalism.Good value for money.We will return and recommend it! Finally a place where you can eat well, at fair prices, in a location that deserves it. The place is located along the road that leads to the Gran Paradiso park, not a trendy or fashionable place but an authentic tavern like I haven't found in a while. We stumbled upon it here by chance, after a walk to the waterfall not far away, and strangely the place operates all day starting from 12. We tasted some interesting mixed cold cuts, including game, and some local goat's and cow's cheeses. The agnolotti with ragù and the polenta with wild boar stew with civet are also good. But what struck me the most, also being that everyone prepares it in their own way, is Bonet. More like a pudding, but it left my mouth watering. A place to really try if you're passing through!!

First of all congratulations to Masterchef and the two guys on the team! We stopped for the first time (today) to eat at their place and I can assure you that you don't find many places like this, very good and plentiful food. I recommend the platter and wild boar stew with polenta concia, homemade dessert (we won't talk about wine because it slides like nothing) and to turn it all off: a coffee and a very good artisanal "amaro dende di dandelion".Another interesting thing is that they have a turntable and quite a few records, I listened to two today.It's a real shame that you can't give more than 5 stars.Greetings and see you next time! After riding our bikes 55 miles and climbing Col du Nivolet we needed some food. Very friendly and helpful in choosing our meal to enjoy local fresh cheese and meat. It was delicious! Grazie Mille!!!
